This position plays a central role in reviewing, accounting, and approving transport and external logistics invoices for all conventional inbound and outbound shipments for the Mark Oberdorf plant. In addition, the role is responsible for issuing debit notes to suppliers in the freight forwarding context in order to recover costs already paid by AGCO.   

 

 

Your Impact: 

  • Verify transport-, and logistics invoices without an iTMS invoice run, including special shipments, based on waybills and delivery notes.    
  • Prepare reimbursement invoices for service providers and Issuing invoices to suppliers (e.g. demurrage charges)    
  • Reject incorrectly prepared invoices and Assign accounts for incoming and outgoing invoices in accordance with specifications.    
  • Further, develop the iTMS account assignment tool.    
  • Comply with all workplace-specific requirements for quality, occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environment/energy, especially the requirements of the Integrated Management System. 

 

Your Experience and Qualification: 

  • Minimum Qualification Completed commercial vocational training as a freight forwarding clerk or accounting specialist or equivalent qualification.    
  • 2–3-year Experience in relevant role   
  • Good in English and German language with spoken and written skills.      
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.   
  • Good communication skills
