Intermediate Level Learning Support and Training Specialist II is responsible for supporting the AGCO University Learning Management System Administration Team in training development associated with the AGCO University Learning Mangement System. The incumbent supports the global learning and training needs of internal learning audiences and regional training owners worldwide. The candidate will work directly with the Manager L&D, Global Talent Solutions and the AGCO University Learning Management System Administration Team. 

 

Your Impact 

  • Report to Manager L&D, Global Talent Solutions to align with individual development goals, team strategic goals and to support day-to-day shared services support activities.  

  • Provide additional support with monitoring AGCO University team mailbox and providing 1st to 2nd tier level support for AGCO learners and regional training owners. 

  • Intermediate to advanced reporting using Microsoft Excel and other AGCO business tools like Power BI Tableau. 

  • Training set-up, training coordination and training events & attendance recording 

  • Intermediate functional knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) platforms and Support with different meetings (set-up, invitations, agenda, material, notes and actions follow-up) 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Formal Education: High School/Primary School graduate. Preferably working towards associate degree or higher OR 1 year+ of On-the-Job experience in above mentioned competency areas.  

  • Computer skills: Very comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint (optional))  

  • Very good written and spoken English, any other European language knowledge is a definite advantage  

  • Advanced computer literacy with knowledge of intermediate to advanced web browser-related end user troubleshooting  

  • Basic/intermediate skills in analyzing learning data related to content usage, history and user data.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
