Manage a team of 4 accountants and 7 manufacturing controllers, supporting the regional finance teams, including brand controlling, and factory controlling organizations across the international region of AGCO. The team is responsible for supporting the factory operation, production, as well as the wholegoods business by overviewing and owning production, and finished goods inventory.   

 

 

Your Impact: 

  • Management of a team of 11 professionals.  

  • Accounting and reporting of inventory (RM/WIP & FGI) and Supporting factory production by daily checks, pricing, etc.  

  • Supporting International wholegoods business by investigating, identifying and addressing issues to gross profit. Business partner for local finance teams, including brand Finance Directors.  

  • Owning controlling tasks, including the analysis of standard cost and other cost of the Revenue Recognition control within the region. 

  • Managing complex accounting, reporting, and reconciliation of matters in line with audit and compliance requirements Owning inventory reserves for both RM/WIP and FGI. 

 

Your Experience and Qualification: 

  • Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting, or similar relevant field    

  • 7-8 years of experience in Accounting, Reporting and Controlling at Manufacturing Companies and 2+ years of experience in leadership.   

  • Deep understanding of USGAAP, SOX, and financial processes, Significant experience in manufacturing & inventory controlling    

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, including direct exposure to senior-level management     

  • Advanced knowledge in ERPs (preferably SAP), and consolidation systems (OneStream, HFM) Experience in the field of margin analysis, including sales and cost of sales

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
