​​The Manager of the Payments Team is responsible for leading the centralized Payments function at AGCO, as part of the R2R organization, which includes managing teams in both Budapest, Hungary, and Pune, India. This role comes with the responsibility of leading all regions and being involved in most global payments, and bank-related projects. The scope involves the ownership of multiple crucial finance controls directed to prevent both financial misstatement and fraud.​ 

 

Your Impact 

  • You prepare and process payment runs and are responsible for all the cash-related postings as part of the R2R organization.  

  • You are leading bank and payments-related projects in the region and supporting them globally.  

  • You are implementing and enforcing SLAs and are measuring effectiveness using daily and monthly KPIs, reporting to Finance management, audit, compliance, and more.  

  • You are managing a cross-regional team with two colleagues in Budapest, Hungary, and two in Pune, India.  

  • You are managing payment functions in both SAP P01 and SAP S4/HANA systems and supporting new systems and processes related to payments including Accounts Payables and Cash Application. 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and gained a minimum of four years of experience in the mentioned field and preferably also in people´s management.  

  • Intercultural knowledge and ability to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds  

  • Working experience with SAP and MS Office   

  • Fluent language skills in Hungarian and English

​​AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
