The Manufacturing Finance Controlling Analyst will work closely with the Manufacturing Finance Controlling Lead to provide insights into costs, performance metrics, and financial efficiency. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for manufacturing finance to grow within a dynamic organization.   

 

Your Impact: 

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for manufacturing operations, including cost analysis, budget tracking, and variance analysis. Provide insights into production costs, material usage, labor, and overhead to support decision-making.    
  • Cost Monitoring & Variance Analysis: Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and variances against budgets and  forecasts. Investigate and report on discrepancies, highlighting key drivers of cost deviations.    
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:  Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans for manufacturing departments.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data for financial planning purposes.    
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy. Support the implementation of financial systems and tools for better data analysis and reporting.    
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the Manufacturing Finance Controlling Lead to ensure alignment with broader financial goals and strategies. Partner with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams to provide financial insights and support operational improvements. 

 

Your Experience and Qualification: 

  • Experience 4-5 years and minimum qualifications bachelor's degree.  
    Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms, OneStream).   
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint) is a plus.   
  • Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for analyzing complex data sets and presenting clear, actionable insights.   
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey financial information to diverse audiences. German language skills are highly desirable.    
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
