Your Impact 

  • Coordinate training and workload distribution across Customer Care teams in Europe, ensuring appropriate allocation of responsibilities, service availability, and customer satisfaction. 

  • Coach a team of Customer Care Coordinators to develop and apply best practices. Ensure continuous knowledge development, acting as a systems and process expert. Maintain strong business knowledge of process flows and invoicing activities. 

  • Manage and maintain Distributor and Dealer accounts in Oasis/MDG. Monitor and manage coverage planning, including absences, home office, holidays, rota planning, extended working hours, temporary recruitment and training, and 24/7 support planning. Perform limited travel to attend AGCO and Dealer meetings or events, as required. 

  • Professionally communicate with the external Dealer and Distributor network, deliver daily Customer Care support (Order Fulfillment), publishing bulletins or broadcast messages when needed, and organizing Dealer/Distributor meetings (travel bookings, presentation preparation, meeting logistics). Build strong relationships and communicate effectively across all Customer Support functions at operational, supervisory, and managerial levels. 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for requests submitted by team members (HR, Quality of Life, etc.). Organize weekly team meetings to cascade and align on key information. Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, including system access requests, equipment requests, and pre security presentations. 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • 5 years of experience in a Customer Care Coordinator role (Order Fulfillment) or similar experience is recommended to successfully perform the Supervisor role . 

  • Flexibility: Willingness to move between tasks to respond to changing business and customer needs. 

  • Extended hours: The role requires additional working hours and/or shift patterns to support harvest coverage and customer support activities. 

  • Initiative: Ability to provide direction and make decisions in line with AGCO policies, rules, and values, within predefined parameters. Fluency in English Required. Fluency in French and/or German is required

  • Customer oriented: Strong customer focus aligned with the “Farmer First” mindset. 

  • Open mindedness: Ability to support the Customer Care Manager in successfully implementing ongoing enhancements and changes within the Customer Care department.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
