Contribute to corporate Indirect Purchasing strategy by: - Acts as subject matter expert and backup of the team lead within indirect purchasing SSC team - Takes actively part in P2P transformation project by acting as a role model and go-to person within the team – Efficiently operates the P2P process to maximize value-add transactional support possibilities (process compliance, tool usage) through the SSC - Providing high standard services to internal customers (End Users, stakeholders on sites etc.) - Cooperates with other departments in the most effective way to deliver improvements (Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Vendor Master Data Team etc.) 

Your Impact: 

• Process purchase requisitions (SAP) and shopping carts (ARIBA / SRM) into purchase orders to channel operational business needs to suppliers, Claim (complain) management. Invoice resolution (Price and/or quantity discrepancies, incorrect vendor, currency issue) to enable payment to suppliers before due date. 

• SAP / ARIBA /SRM system support, acting as “Key User” for all purchasing tools related questions. Creating and delivering Trainings for Stakeholders 

• Identify possible catalogue contents and manage existing catalogs. Supports purchasing related activities in the concerning business areas: Accounts Payable and Vendor Master Data Team collaborations, communications, ad hoc operational tasks, risk mitigation 

• Active participant in the preparation and implementation of new, complex projects. Contributes to strategy establishment and supports leadership 

• Bridge person between Operational Purchasing Team and leadership. Influences team's well-being and has role mode attitude; influences how indirect purchasing 

Your Experience and Qualification: 

• Bachelor degree, preferably relevant to Supply Chain / Procurement 

• 0 -3 years' experience in indirect purchasing in SSC (Shared Service Center) environment 

• Experience in Customer Service. Fluent in English and German is required (optional: Finnish, French) 

• Self-confident user of MS Office applications 

• Experience in using SAP/SRM and/or any purchasing tool (Ariba is an advantage)

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
