The purpose of the position is to provide legal advice and support as a Paralegal and part of the Global Legal team on a wide range of legal issues. 

  

Your Impact 

  • Assisting legal counsel with drafting, reviewing and advising on variety of commercial agreements and associated legal documents.  

  • Maintaining contract management system, global legal SharePoint and legal entity tool; supporting quarterly reporting activities.  

  • Instructing and liaising with external legal counsel in respect of contentious issues where necessary.  

  • Interfacing with various parts of the business at all levels and assisting with the resolution of all legal issues arising therefrom among other activities as seen below.  

  • This role will act as support for over-flow work from other members of the Legal team and provide ad hoc admin support to the global legal team. 

  

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Degree level qualification in Law, General Diploma in Law (GDL) or CILEX (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice highly desirable  

  • Experience working in a small legal team as a paralegal or legal assistant  

  • Legal Practice Certificate (LPC), an advantage but not essential  

  • Key factor is willingness to learn, highly motivated, Computer literate  

  • Process driven and Detail oriented with High level of organizational skills for Stress Tolerance

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
