Within the MF EME Marketing organization, the Pricing Specialist is accountable for the implementation, validation, and control of pricing conditions, discounts, and sales programs across commercial systems. 

 

Reporting to the Supervisor Discount Management MF EME, the role ensures pricing accuracy, consistency, and compliance across SAP, Salesforce, and CPQ, enabling timely order confirmation and correct invoicing for Massey Ferguson dealers and distributors across the EME region. 

 

The position plays a critical role in pricing governance, margin protection, and commercial execution, while ensuring compliance with AGCO internal controls, ISO, and SOX requirements. In the mid to long term, the Pricing Specialist supports additional pricing-related activities linked to different product lines and regional coordination. 

 

Your Impact: 

  • Pricing Implementation & Execution: Implement and maintain all MF pricing conditions, discounts, and sales programs in SAP for the EME region. Set up and maintain discount structures and commercial conditions in Salesforce, in line with approved sales programs. Translate validated commercial programs into accurate system configurations using Price Build‑Up files, in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Finance. Act as pricing reference for customer orders, ensuring timely order confirmation release and accurate invoicing 

  • Pricing Control & Governance: Control, validate, and reconcile pricing conditions across SAP, Salesforce, and CPQ (Configure Price Quote). Ensure end‑to‑end consistency between published sales programs and system execution. Perform regular pricing controls to prevent and detect discrepancies impacting orders, invoicing, or margins. Control and validate SAP pricing condition uploads performed within the team, in line with established governance rules 

  • Operational & Cross‑Functional Support : Identify, analyze, and resolve pricing or order anomalies in coordination with Dealer Central, Product Offering, Sales, and Marketing teams. Manage updates related to new price lists, sales programs, and temporary surcharges, in line with defined go‑live milestones 

  • Issue credit notes, debit notes, and exceptional invoices in accordance with approved sales agreements and distributor requests. Provide pricing and billing process support to other regions outside EME, in coordination with regional stakeholders, ensuring correct invoicing and alignment with transfer pricing and agreed commercial conditions 

  • Support pricing activities related to different product lines, including cross‑regional pricing checks where applicable. Execute all activities in strict compliance with AGCO policies, internal controls, and audit requirements (ISO, SOX) 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications: 

  • Associate Degree or equivalent in Business, International Trade, Sales Administration, or Commercial Management 

  • Professional proficiency in English, enabling daily written and spoken interactions 

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel 

  • Strong IT affinity and ability to work in complex commercial system environments 

  • SAP knowledge required

Your Workplace: 

You will work with your amazing AGCO colleagues, spending two days onsite at our Budapest office and three days working from home. 

 

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
