​​The Process Integration Manager will play a crucial role in supporting ongoing transitions within the ABS organization by working alongside Transition Managers to prepare and execute transitions effectively. This role will be responsible for creating an activity catalog, developing end-to-end (E2E) process maps, supporting KPI development, ensuring strong process controls, and identifying automation and digitalization opportunities to drive efficiency and standardization across transitioned processes.​ 

 

Your Impact 

  • Transition Support & Process Mapping. Partner with Transition Managers to support the seamless migration of processes into the GBS organization.  

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive activity catalog to ensure process visibility and standardization.  

  • Design E2E process maps for all transitioned processes, identifying interdependencies and improvement areas.  

  • Assess and document potential risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in processes before and after transitions. Identify control mechanisms to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.  

  • Drive initiatives for process simplification, harmonization, and standardization across distinct functions. 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields.  

  • 5+ years of experience in process integration, optimization, and simplification and as an addition transition-, project management, or shared services operations.  

  • Strong knowledge of GBS/SSC (Global Business Services/Shared Services Center) processes. Experience in process mapping, standardization, and optimization methodologies.  

  • Hands-on experience with KPI development, risk management, and control frameworks.  

  • Proficiency in process documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio, ARIS) and workflow automation. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

​​AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
