Your Impact

  • You validate business cases, assess employee change impacts, and develop change and communication plans
  • You oversee a broad portfolio of initiatives through design, planning and implementation as part of a wide-ranging change program
  • You monitor the cost performance of the transformation program globally, resolving complex challenges, and setting overall targets for continuous improvement
  • You manage the executive reporting process, distribute executive-ready reports and dashboards and ensure the quality and consistency of KPIs
  • You enhance performance tracking granularity by service line and individual

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g. CPA, CFA) is preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance management and monitoring, financial analysis, strategic planning or a related field
  • Significant experience within a global organization requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (including the usage of Tableau and/or other project management tools)

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping center are also located around the office.
