Your Impact
 

  • You oversee the execution of functional roadmaps and work with functional leads to communicate and implement organizational changes
  • You liaise with functions, communication, change management and HR stakeholders to support the transformation
  • You support story lining and presentation development for key (senior) management meetings
  • You create central communication materials, including change story slides, key messages, talking points, FAQs and briefing guides

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in (Senior) Stakeholder management, program management or project management
  • Significant experience within a global organization is preferred
  • Excellent strategic communication and presentation skills

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping center are also located around the office.
