The Program Manager, Portfolio Performance & Service Management is driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and service delivery across AGCO Business Services. This role partners closely with the global functional teams to monitor, analyse, and elevate operational performance metrics ensuring continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and impactful change across the global ABS footprint.     

 

Your Impact: 

  • Lead a diverse portfolio of initiatives as part of AGCO’s transformation agenda, from concept to execution. Develop and maintain master plans and scalable tracking tools to support ABS hub readiness and expansion. Champion continuous improvement efforts by aligning operational goals with strategic priorities and stakeholder expectations  

  • Design and implement service management frameworks to ensure consistent delivery and performance across ABS hubs & external service providers  

  • Collaborate with global functions, external service providers and AGCO Centers to define SLAs, monitor service quality, and drive continuous service improvement.  

  • Establish governance mechanisms for service performance reviews and escalation protocols.  

  • Build and report on operational KPIs tied to ABS-managed initiatives and processes. Manage executive reporting processes, including dashboard creation and distribution of executive-ready insights. 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s / master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required.  

  • An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.  

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in performance management, transformation, service operations, or a related field.  

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, performance monitoring, and service delivery.  

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transportation. Restaurants, cafés, and a shopping center are also located around the office.
