The Automations Lead is an expert of RPA who has in-depth knowledge of the industry's best practices. He/she manages RPA Production and has control and responsibility over globally rolled out automated processes. He/she manages the Blue Prism IT infrastructure with respect to current and future business requirements.  

 

The RPA Lead Developer ensures that appropriate support and delivery processes are in place to enable the delivery of high-quality service to end-users that meets business needs while complying with the relevant security and risk criteria. The person is responsible for the RPA audit controls and has the role of a release manager in both EME and SA regions to ensure audit compliance of all developments. This role is also responsible for executing and maintaining a sustainable and scalable RPA program, turning visions into strategy. The Automations Lead is in charge of prioritizing backlog items, monitoring the progress of projects by tracking activity and recommending actions. This is a hybrid role of Business Analyst and Developer ensuring end-to-end delivery, from Design to Deploy and Support. 

 

Your Impact: 

  • Responsible for the stability of the Blue Prism IT infrastructure and for the global live RPA processes. Drive innovations (Development methodology, implementing new tools and technologies) within the team 

  • Ensure a stable RPA incident management process, improve systems with lessons learned. Ensure that the business benefits are delivered to the Company's stakeholders 

  • Provide regular updates on project statuses to senior management. Manage user roles and accesses among colleagues within Blue Prism 

  • Manage daily operation of the Blue Prism live environment (running processes, schedules, maintaining IT infrastructure, viewing logs etc.). Responsible for RPA audit controls and for ensuring their compliance 

  • Prioritize backlog items, manage RPA project management platform. Manage and investigate exceptions (Business and System Exceptions). Case Management, manage and allocate process workloads. Advanced Process Studio and Object Studio skills 

 

Your Experience and Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Discipline 

  • People management experience 

  • 3+ years of RPA Blue prism, VB, C# or JavaScript development experience 

  • Knowledge of software development methodologies. The ability to methodically solve business and technical problems 

  • An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error. A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges. The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach

You will work with your wonderful AGCO colleagues in Hybrid Model from AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
