To create and develop professional Office Administration Support to AGCO Hungary office located in Budapest, Hungary. 

  • Manage all duties in relation with the reception of AGCO Hungary Budapest office 

  • Manage office & kitchen supplies as well as other office services activities 

  • Manage courier and taxi services, conference rooms, postal services, deliveries and documents filing 

  • Provide professional support of Employees, Visitors and Guests of the office 

  • Support AGCO Hungary P2P process with document filing and digital archiving 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role  

  • MS Office skills  

  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers, coffee machines)  

  • Fluent knowledge of Hungarian both written and spoken  

  • Good knowledge of English both written and spoken

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
