We are looking for an experienced, innovative, and logical-thinking Robotic Process Automation Business Analyst to join our Global Robotic Process Automation team. The Business Analyst is primarily responsible for identifying new automation opportunities within the global AGCO organization and for capturing detailed, keystroke-level process mappings that document how human workers currently perform their tasks. 

The Business Analyst must have strong communication and listening skills, a solid understanding of the technologies and solutions we provide, and the ability to discover and evaluate processes that could be automated. The role also ensures that project deadlines are met and that communication between the developer team and the business partners is effective.

Your Impact: 

• Engage with global internal customers to identify business processes suitable for automation and lead related workshops.  

• Contribute to the development of an effective process‑discovery methodology and manage automation projects end-to-end. 

• Create detailed documentation including PDDs, FRQs, and provide insights to support decision‑making.  

• Collaborate closely with RPA stakeholders, developers, SMEs, and business users throughout development, testing, and rollout.  

• Serve as the central knowledge point for automated processes, addressing queries, and ensuring smooth project delivery. 

Your Experience and Qualifications: 

• Proven ability to solve business and technical challenges using structured problem-solving approaches 

• Experience in identifying, documenting, and supporting automation solutions 

• Strong ability to learn quickly and approach problems creatively. Demonstrated experience in process improvement and process standardization 

• Familiarity with finance-related business processes and hands-on experience with SAP 

• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
