Your Impact

Collaboration in the clarification of facts with affiliates, internal stakeholders & departments. Enabling & disabling software access for customers and partners

Creation and/or processing of purchase orders from internal and external suppliers and corresponding

Creation of status reports and reports for the assigned administrative area. Preparation of data/documents and issuing of invoices and credit notes

Calculating and directing commission payments to affiliates and partners.

Capture, edit, and modify administrative tasks. Tracking of the order process. Communication with employees in the context of administrative activities
Your Experience and Qualifications

Associates/Technical - General Business Administration or Sales Administration, preferably in Digital Business or Software Business

Ideally, completed commercial vocational training or other good knowledge of organizational and administrative processes

Good MS Office skills. Capable and willing to learn and use new software systems, e.g. CRM Cobra software, Metro ERP software

Good communication skills. Independent, very reliable way of working

Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
