Senior Executive Assistant, SVP Engineering

This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our executive functions and enhancing the productivity of our leadership team. This position supports 3 Vice President with responsibilities including managing calendars, preparing agendas, documenting and sharing notes of meetings, making travel arrangements, administering virtual meetings and preparing expense reports.

The incumbent is fully responsible for representation of the Senior Vice Presidents and the team towards internal customers at all levels as well as external customers and dealers. In addition to the coordinating, be responsible for some project-based activities and/or tools.

 

 

Your Impact

  • You will arrange selected meetings, keep diaries up to date proactively and preparing necessary information in advance as well you will participate and update meeting agendas on daily base
  • You prepare presentations and agendas for meetings and maintain internal communication channel for the Senior Vice President and his team
  • You will be in charge of all travel arrangements including, but not limited to, airplane, train, rental cars/ shuttle, and hotel arrangements
  • You will manage travel expenses of Senior Vice President in the relevant systems and maintain SVP´s e-mailbox to ensure he is up to date
  • You create purchase orders and payment requests according to AGCO Policies and maintain a budget tracking summary

 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives in an international company
  • Knowledge of office management best practices and procedures, incl. managing virtual meetings
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite (TEAMS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirement with an independent work style, commitment and a high level of support and confidentiality

GCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
