Senior Finance Master Data Accountant (Part-Time, 1 year Fixed-Term)

This is a job share role to be the regional expert on Finance Master Data for SAP, and responsibility for all aspects of Financial Master Data (FMD) for all companies on SAP (P01 & PLP), and to be the guardian of the standardized chart of accounts. Shared responsibility to train and assist the members of the Regional Consolidation Team in the Master Data set up and training all potential finance requesters in the correct use of the chart of accounts / finance master data set up. Responsibility for the delegation of authority levels for the SRM & ARIBA purchasing tools.     

Your Impact 

• You control, review and coordinate all Finance Master Data set up and maintain SAP (P01 & PLP) for all companies using those systems, globally  

• You are the regional expert for Finance Master Data for SAP and guardian of the AGCO chart of accounts to ensure consistent and controlled set up and use  

• You support and control the Master Data migration and testing aspects of the continued SAP roll out through AGCO  

• You control and coordinate the delegation of authorities’ matrix for SRM & Ariba for all companies using those systems in the international region  

• You support and control the delegation of authorities’ matrix for the continued SRM & Ariba roll outs through the international region 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• All FMD requests to be actioned within the pre agreed time frame (4 hours for high importance items, 48 hours for all other items)  

• Minimum Qualifications (if applicable include physical requirements to comply with ADA): Any Degree preferably Finance related   

• A relevant professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) A good knowledge of the SAP general ledgers and how they are maintained  

• A good understanding of how the delegation of authorities are defined and set up in the SRM & Ariba systems  

• Experience of continuous improvement to processes  

• Excellent customer-focused skills.
