We are Looking for Senior Financial Analyst experience in Full controlling of expenses and revenues. Ensuring compliance with audit-compliant processes and controls (internal and external). Primary contact for auditors.   

 

Your Impact: 

  • FP&A Partnership & Business Insights: Support core FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Deliver actionable financial insights to guide strategic planning and operational decision-making across business units.

  • Month-End Close & SAP Financial Operations: Lead the preparation and posting of all month-end journal entries in SAP. Ensure accurate financial closure aligned with US GAAP standards and internal controls.

  • Intercompany Transactions & Cost Reclassification: Oversee intercompany settlements across European wide sales offices, and global regions (North America, Asia Pacific and Africa), ensuring timely and compliant cross-entity billing. Reclassify period expenses against provisions, execute work order billing, and clear cost centers to maintain financial transparency.

  • Quarterly Reporting & Balance Sheet Integrity: Perform final account reconciliations in SAP for month-end and quarterly close. Prepare comprehensive balance sheet account reconciliations to support internal and external reporting requirements. 

 

Your Experience and Qualification: 

  • Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling, 3 years of experience.

  • Very good English skills (spoken and written).

  • Good knowledge of SAP, especially SAP CO module and SAP BI.

  • Excellent PC skills, particularly MS Excel.

  • Personal Skills like Team player, Initiative and self-motivation, independent working style, Analytical thinking skills, Reliability, Attention to detail, Quick comprehension, Resilience, Flexibility.

You will work with your wonderful AGCO colleagues in Hybrid Model from AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping center are also located around the office.
