As a Senior Manager, Accounts Payable & P2P Process Owner, you will lead the global end-to-end P2P process, ensuring timely and compliant processing of 1.5 million vendor invoices annually. You will manage and develop a team of 85+ across regions, drive process improvements, and support cross-functional collaboration. You'll also oversee intercompany transactions, month-end closings, and ensure adherence to performance and compliance standards.
Your Impact
- You manage end-to-end validation and query resolution for global Accounts Payable processes across Shared Service Centers in Budapest and Pune, India
- You ensure timely, accurate invoice processing in line with SLAs, focusing on reducing late fees, preventing duplicates, and optimizing early payment discounts
- You identify and implement global process improvements to enhance efficiency and eliminate low-value tasks
- You lead, coach, and support Accounts Payable teams and managers across regions, including direct oversight of key site-based reports
- You oversee month-end reporting, ledger reconciliations, and ensure SOX compliance with no audit issues
- You collaborate with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional workshops to maintain governance and support strategic P2P initiatives
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing global Accounts Payable or P2P operations within a shared services environment
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading large, diverse teams across multiple locations and time zones
- In-depth knowledge of financial controls, SOX compliance, and month-end close processes, including GL reconciliations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, with the ability to drive standardization and efficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
