Your Impact
- You collaborate to define strategic direction for manufacturing processes and equipment across global AGCO factories, supporting the “Design Anywhere, Build Anywhere” principle
- You guide and lead project requirement setup and standardize technical specifications in alignment with procurement processes
- You ensure fair and open competition among key suppliers and actively challenge technical teams when needed
- You drive the definition of negotiation targets using CER-approved values, supplier benchmarks, market analysis, and historical data
- You lead negotiations for major investment projects with strategic suppliers
- You develop mid-term supplier partnerships and manage long-term supplier relationships
- You operate across manufacturing sites in NA, SA, EME, APA, and spare parts centers globally (excluding Corporate Digital Technology)
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering or equivalent, with over 10 years of experience in CAPEX procurement within a large industrial organization
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and solid understanding of technical project scopes across diverse manufacturing processes
- Strong leadership and cross-functional project management experience in a global, multicultural environment
- Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and risk assessment skills, including familiarity with cost structures and market dynamics
- High business acumen, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills across all organizational levels
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset, willingness to travel internationally as required by projects
