The Senior Scrum Master´s main responsibilities are to generate flow, ensure fast feedback (minimize WIP) and strive for relentless team improvements. This position reports to Release Train Engineer.

Your Impact

• Assist in overall product increment delivery planning and ensure cross-team dependencies are well-understood and modelled in team plans
• Collect and consolidate team status for delivery to stakeholders and executive management
• Identify, document, and publish risks & issues and support the resolution impediments and blocking issues
• Facilitate team events and ceremonies in accordance with best practices for Agile/Scrum software development
• Share common Agile practices, coach the team members on best practices, work with the teams to improve performance and productivity

Your Experience and Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in software development programs in an Agile setting
• Proven track record of servant leadership of teams over the development and release of multiple product increments
• Ability to facilitate effective regular team events, understand and resolve conflicts
• Scrum Master certification
• Experience and certification in SAFe are considered as a plus

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
