As a Senior Analyst responsible for analyzing, defining, and supporting digital capabilities that enable customers to monitor and optimize machine performance through web and mobile experiences.         

                                                                                                                                              

Your Impact: 

  • Act as IT analyst for Customer Experience Portal (CEP) documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability across business, functional, and technical artifacts.    

  • The main focus will be on advanced machine monitoring in the portal, where customers can monitor and analyze their machine performance.    

  • The second focus will be on live telemetry data for the mobile app.   Elicit, analyze, and document business and user requirements related to CEP document management, content delivery, and customer-facing information.    

  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.  Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies related to CEP and propose mitigation actions.  Error analysis and support of the development team in troubleshooting    

  • Responsibility for compliance with all AGCO guidelines by all employees and teams, as well as compliance with all control processes and standards    

 

Your Experience and Qualifications:

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
