The Sr Product Owner, RPA & AI is responsible for identifying, shaping, and delivering automation and AI solutions that create measurable business value. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the role owns the automation and AI portfolio backlog, roadmap, and value realization activities from opportunity identification through implementation and adoption.     

Your Impact 

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across business functions, leveraging RPA, intelligent automation, and AI to drive efficiency and transformation.  

• Analyze and optimize business processes by assessing current and future states, ensuring processes are streamlined before automation implementation.  

• Manage automation and AI initiatives by owning the product backlog, roadmap, prioritization, business cases, ROI models, and value realization plans.  

• Bridge business and technology teams by translating requirements into user stories, partnering with stakeholders and technical teams, and driving adoption and change management.  

• Monitor, enhance, and scale solutions by tracking performance, compliance, user experience, benefits realization, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities while serving as a trusted advisor on process transformation and AI capabilities. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field    

• 3+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, automation, process improvement, or related disciplines    

• Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools    

• Knowledge of RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere) and AI-enabled solutions    

• Experience building business cases and measuring business value.

Your Workplace 

You will work with your amazing AGCO colleagues, spending two days onsite at our Budapest office and three days working from home. 

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés, and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
