We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Solution Architect to join our digital marketing team. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering scalable, future-proof solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and architect solutions that balance performance, scalability, and maintainability.  

Your Impact 

• Design end-to-end marketing technology solutions using Adobe and Salesforce platforms. Support marketing initiatives and segmentation leveraging Data Cloud   

• Evaluate and recommend the best-fit architecture for given business requirements. Identify trade-offs between different solution approaches and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.   

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and minimize technical debt. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and product owners.   

• Lead technical workshops and architecture reviews. Stay current with platform capabilities and industry best practices. Collaborate with colleagues to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements   

• Defines best fit solution to business problems. Ensures technological risks accounted for and solution meets business requirements 

Your Experience and Qualifications  

• At least 9+ years’ proven experience as a Solution Architect in digital marketing, website or CRM environments.   

• Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).   

• Certifications in Salesforce and/or Adobe platforms. Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.   

• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus. Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data governance

​​AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
