Join our Digital Marketing team as an IT Project Manager and lead transformative projects by leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will drive scalable, future-ready solutions that enhance customer engagement and business performance. 

Your Impact 

• Lead or coordinate project planning, resource allocation, staffing, and scheduling. Manage supply chain and subcontractor relationships as needed  

• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.  

• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions on time and within budget. Drive end-to-end project delivery from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.  

• Ensure project deliverables meet technical quality, reliability, and compliance standards. Monitor performance and recommend scheduling changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.  

• Oversee project teams, provide guidance, and resolve issues to maintain momentum. Foster collaboration across departments and external partners. Lead workshops and PI Retro. 

Your Experience and Qualifications  

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Results-oriented with attention to detail.  

• Available and responsive to question, clarifications, and instructions  

• Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels  

• A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery of work streams. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.  

• Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of professionals

​​AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
