UI Designer who brings creativity, clarity, and user centered thinking to every digital experience. In this role, you will design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces that make complex information easy to navigate. Working closely with cross functional teams, you will translate requirements into clean, consistent UI solutions that enhance usability and support our product goals. You will also contribute to evolving our design standards and share your expertise to support the growth of junior team members. Your Impact: 

• The Sr. Specialist, UI Design is responsible for delivering high quality, intuitive, and visually consistent user interface designs that support the overall digital product strategy. 

• This role applies advanced expertise in interface design to simplify complex requirements and create seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.  

• Cross Functional Collaboration: Works effectively with Product, Engineering, and UX partners, ensuring clear communication and smooth design to development alignment. 

Your Experience and Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field 

• 5-7 Years Experience as a UI Designer. User Centered Visual & Interaction Design: Creates intuitive, visually cohesive interfaces that simplify complexity and deliver a seamless user experience.  

• Design Systems & Component Thinking: Builds scalable UI components and drives consistency by contributing to robust design system standards. Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Develops interactive prototypes and refines designs using data, testing, and continuous feedback loops.  

• Accessibility & Compliance: Applies accessibility standards and platform guidelines to deliver inclusive, compliant, and user friendly digital experiences. Technical Fluency & Handoff: Understands front end constraints, anticipates edge cases, and provides clear specifications to support high quality implementation.  

• Strategic Problem Solving & Innovation: Approaches challenges analytically, identifies improvement opportunities, and contributes to long term UI strategy and design maturity. Team Development: Coaches and supports junior designers, fosters a collaborative team culture, provides constructive feedback, and helps grow design capabilities across the team.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
