The SAP SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert is the knowledge center for all SuccessFactors modules for HR (EC, Learning, TA, Time, Talent Management). Aim is to create a seamless and informed HR experience by ensuring that employees and managers have access to information and resources in SAP SuccessFactors. This role contributes to HR digital transformation, ensures seamless HR experiences, and aligns system capabilities with organizational goals. The SME leads change management initiatives, supports global HR operations, and fosters continuous improvement through technology and process innovation.   

 

The SME will be a champion for best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement in HR technology.    

 

Your Impact: 

  • System Expertise & Process Optimization: Act as the escalation point for SuccessFactors queries and functional issues. Provide deep expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR lifecycle processes. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides. Drive process improvements, optimize workflows, conduct periodic system reviews, and manage permissions globally. 

  • Strategic Impact & Change Management: Align SuccessFactors capabilities with overall HR strategy and business goals. Lead change‑management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and user adoption. Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to drive seamless process integration. Support HR digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.  

  • Reporting, Analytics & Integration: Build and manage Story, Table, Canvas, and Pivot reports, including calculated fields. Analyze data to generate KPIs, insights, and trends for decision‑making. Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, IT, and external partners on system integrations and project activities.  

  • Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with global regulations (e.g., GDPR). Conduct routine audits, data validation, and manage mass data uploads. Maintain global assignment/concurrent employment profiles and support SOX/audit requirements. 

  • Training, Support & Continuous Improvement: Deliver SuccessFactors training and provide ongoing functional support to HR teams. Maintain test cases, coordinate cross‑process testing, and support module activities (Recruiting, Learning, Performance). Stay updated on SuccessFactors innovations and utilize AI tools to enhance system efficiency and user experience. 

 

Your Experience and Qualification: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or related field  

  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant business experience 

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification, or equivalent knowledge or demonstrable hands-on experience.. Experience with global HR operations and data management 

  • Possesses deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (EC and Reporting), strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage global HR systems while partnering across functions. The ability to effectively communicate with the leadership team, both in writing and verbally, is essential. 

  • Skilled in UI technologies, data‑privacy compliance, AI‑driven HR automation, and generating insights from large datasets to identify trends and opportunities is a nice to have.

Your Workplace: 

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers are also located around the office.
