Your Impact

  • Manage the employee life-cycle and HR related requests received from the employees, managers and HR colleagues from all regions.
  • Work closely with colleagues within the HR team to ensure that processes and procedures are integrated and actions taken are in accordance with the requirements of the overall functional strategy.
  • Maintain the integrity of HR data within SAP SuccessFactors system
  • Process transactional initiatives of the SAP SuccessFactors system to support the centralization of HR operational work globally.
  • Maintain and develop knowledge relating to the requirements of the HRIS and ticketing systems used by AGCO.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or any higher level studies completed and 1+  years of work experience, preferably in Shared Service environment.
  • English language capability (B2 or higher)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Previous experience in working in customer support role.
  • Experience in Operations, preferably HR Operations

Your Workplace

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
