The role is responsible for providing global systems expertise for Grow (SuccessFactors) and ServiceNow HRSD, training and support. This can include support for new development and releases as well as small enhancements, changes or corrections. This role is critical to the efficiency, security and quality of SuccessFactors Employee Central. Acts as SuccessFactors (Grow) and ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert and escalation point to related queries and issues
Your Impact

Monitor that queries are progressed in a timely manner and services are provided in accordance with the service level agreement and KPIs defined (draw report, analyse, create summary, escalate as necessary). Monitor the questions raised to Maizy that Maizy could not answer and create a FAQ/info sheet with the Improvement Team to close the gaps. Update relevant documentation related to Grow and ServiceNow (QRGs, training material etc.) as necessary.

Create reports, dashboards, document processes, changes, keep knowledge base up to date. Conducts review of workflows, makes recommendations for improvements. Propose changes to the Knowledge Hub to optimize self-service. Assess reporting needs, validate and define for whom the report should be published. Manage Role Based Permissions in Grow (SuccessFactors).

Responsible for the HR Hub knowledge base for all HR. Based on ServiceNow query analysis makes recommendations on improvement areas, identifies improvement opportunities (missing policies, guidelines) and coordinates with the right stakeholders to create/update these. Ensures that information in the Knowledge Base is up to date.

Participate in projects, improvement initiatives and testing across HR processes.
Your Experience and Qualifications

University or College degree, ideally in Business management, HR

Min. 4-5 years' experience in a multinational/SSC environment as HR Generalist / Operational HRBP

Can do attitude and open mindset
