Training Materials Specialist

Budapest, Hungary

 

The role is responsible for all types of training activities including creating objectives and training needs, collating source information, scoping and design, development, delivery and evaluation of a wide range of training materials in various Online and classroom training mediums. 

Working closely with the Shared Services Training Manager, Global Shared Services Manager and Training Specialists /partners, AGCO University and Academy, grow, project and program teams to identify and deploy content that exceeds expectations.  

 

What You Will Do:

 

• Interacting with the subject matter experts and superusers to assess need and ensure materials and training are delivered on time, in full and top quality. A key part of this role is applying adult learning theory to create high-quality, engaging, effective, interactive content in a variety of tools, including Word and Power Point, e Learning tools including Articulate and uPerform, instructor-led training, videos and pod casts, sharepoint and web design.
• Scheduling training and maintenance of training events and records including course catalog, training requests, training calendar and scheduled offerings, events and course information in the LMS and manually. This includes the collation and management of requests, attendance, evaluation and reporting.
• This position requires someone with a strong sense of quality assurance, designing to meet customer needs, reviewing, testing and signing off of courses prior to their release including uploading/testing courses in the LMS.
• Maintaining well organized documentation, tracking and folders is essential to control our valuable assets.

What You Will Bring:

 

• 1-2 years of experience in designing training materials
• SAP user knowledge
