Contribute to corporate Indirect Purchasing strategy by:  

  • Efficiently operates the P2P process to maximize value-add transactional support possibilities (process compliance, tool usage) through the SSC  

  • Providing high standard services to internal customers (End Users, stakeholders on sites etc.)  

  • Cooperates with other departments in the most effective way to deliver improvements (Sourcing, Accounts Payable etc.)  

  • This Operational Purchaser mainly uses Finnish but English is also essential during daily work 

 

Your Impact: 

  • Process purchase requisitions (SAP) and shopping carts/purchase requisitions (ARIBA/SRM) into purchase orders to channel operational business needs to suppliers. 

  • Claim (complain) management 

  • Invoice resolution to enable payment to suppliers before due date.  

  • SAP / SRM /ARIBA/MDG system support, acting as Key User”for all purchasing tools related questions 

  • Identify possible catalogue contents and manage existing catalogs 

 

Your Experience and Qualification: 

  • Bachelor degree, preferably relevant to Supply Chain / Procurement 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment, with exposure to customer service and involvement in or collaboration with Indirect Purchasing functions. 

  • Fluent in both Finnish and in English  

  • We’re looking for a confident communicator with strong presentation skills, especially in front of large audiences. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who takes ownership of tasks, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and excels in people and stakeholder management within a global team environment. 

  • Some experience using SAP/SRM/ARIBA and/or any purchasing tool is a nice to have

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping center are also located around the office.
