Contribute to corporate Indirect Purchasing strategy by: Efficiently operates the P2P process to maximize value-add transactional support possibilities (process compliance, tool usage) through the SSC. Providing high standard services to internal customers (End Users, stakeholders on sites etc.). Cooperates with other departments in the most effective way to deliver improvements (Sourcing, Accounts Payable etc.). This German Speaking Transactional Buyer, Operational Excellence, EME uses English and German during daily work
Your Impact:

Process purchase requisitions (SAP) and shopping carts (SRM/Ariba) into purchase orders to channel
-
operational business needs to suppliers. Claim (complain) management
-
Invoice resolution to enable payment to suppliers before due date.

SAP / SRM / Ariba system support, acting as Key User”for all purchasing tools related questions
-
Identify possible catalogue contents and manage existing catalogs
Your Experience and Qualification:
-
Bachelor degree, preferably relevant to Supply Chain / Procurement
-
Some experience working in and/or with Indirect Purchasing. 1+ year experience in an SSC (Shared Service Center) environment

Some experience in Customer Service with Fluency in English and German. The daily use of the German language is a must. Minimum language level B2

Self-confident user of MS Office applications

Some experience using SAP/SRM and/or any purchasing tool like Ariba

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
