G&P embarked on a digital transformation is not only about developing new digital tools, but also about leveraging opportunities of a digitized world to anticipate the needs of our customers, to simplify/improve internal processes, and to deliver solutions that bring us closer to our purpose every day - sustainably feeding the world.

Supporting G&P’s digital transformation, we are searching for a UX Designer, who develops and governs the overall UI of customer- , dealer-, and employee facing applications. In this role, you are consulting and guiding product teams in early product planning stages and implementing a consistent, state of the art UI. You will also collaborate closely with existing UX designers at AGCO beyond the G&P division, and develop a UI strategy across G&P brands and products.


What You Will Do:


  • Shaping the UX governance for G&P towards customers, dealers or internal users
  • Take part in early stage product developments: consult and guide development teams towards UX consistency across applications
  • Steering and managing user experience related service providers
  • Collaborate with designers within and beyond the G&P division
  • Be go to person for development teams and stakeholders
  • Create requirements for the development teams in collaboration with the respective product owners


What You Will Bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • agriculture experience would be a plus
  • 4 years of work experience as UX designer
  • Strong record of application design
  • Up to date knowledge of UX standards
  • Languages: English (fluent)
  • Self-sufficient, independent work style
