Responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing supply chain plans to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely deliveries, and efficient resource allocation.

This position plays a key role in aligning demand forecasts with production and distribution capabilities.

 

Your Impact

  • Assist APS organization in conducting employee skills gap assessment to determine training needs and prioritize actions and develop APS training courses required to support APS successful implementation
  • Support continuous improvement projects in alignment with the Corporation
  • Apply best practices, routines and innovative solutions
  • Guide industrial improvements processes and contributes in a team environment
  • Establish relationships with onsite and offsite functional groups.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Eng, Production Eng. or other Eng. related.
  • 2, 3+ years of experience, Knowledge and experience in a lean manufacturing environment, in process design (material and process flow, process balancing, takt time, Yamazumi) and in Industrial Processes.
  • Strong problem solving/process troubleshooting skills,
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, persuasion and argumentative profile
  • Advanced English language (speaking and writing)
