The role is responsible for administering and managing the entire order portfolio, maintaining continuous coordination with the sales team and resellers to ensure that orders progress smoothly through production and stock release. It oversees product invoicing, delivery tracking, insurance entries, and shipments handled by third parties, while maintaining strict control of finished goods inventory. The role also supports sales priorities by requesting adjustments to the production queue, works closely with Planning, Pricing, Financial Credit, and Manufacturing to achieve monthly sales targets, consolidates monthly reports, and manages post‑billing activities such as certificate generation, document unlocking, form printing, signature collection, and the resolution of any discrepancies that arise.

Responsible for the correct assignment of customer orders, managing the invoicing process, and ensuring timely delivery, as well as overseeing commission‑related activities.

Responsible for consolidating data to support the monthly sales forecast and providing reports on invoicing and sales potential.

Responsible for consolidating data and delivering reports to ensure accurate information about the inventory of sold products and those allocated for demonstration, fairs, or similar initiatives.

Additionally, the role includes minor responsibilities related to orders, production, and billing, such as managing products held by third parties, supporting audits, processing payments/entries, and other related tasks.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Administration, Accounting, International Trade, or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at work and with clients; proactive, dynamic, motivated, outgoing, communicative, and analytical profile.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, willingness to learn, and availability to meet work demands.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
