Your impact
The Dealer Performance Consultant is a critical member of our team, responsible for working closely with dealerships to optimize their operations, enhance customer experiences, and maximize profitability. This role involves analyzing dealership performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with dealer and internal business areas to implement effective strategies and projects that drive growth.
Your experience and qualifications
• Generate reports and insights from data analysis (customer, industry & competitor) to assess operational efficiency, sales effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare business presentation for Board of directors to guide decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Engage with dealership owners, managers, and staff to understand their challenges and needs.
• Evaluate existing processes in sales, service, parts, and other departments, recommending improvements to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences,
• Track dealers and brand performance, propose and implement initiatives to improve the required KPIs (NPS, market share, training, brand standards, absorption rate, ebitda, etc)
• Collaborate with dealership teams to develop tailored action plans that address specific performance gaps and objectives.
• Organize and Coordinate Dealer meetings and Workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in excel and knowledge in BI tools (e.g., Tableau,) to create interactive visualizations and dashboards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid financial knowledge and expertise in sales processes will stand out.
• Consolidated experience in Dealer Development or Performance Area in Agriculture or Automotive/Trucks Segment industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with dealership, internal business areas and conveying insights effectively.
• Strong team player being able to effectively encourage and promote cooperation and collaboration within multi-functional teams.
• Language skills both written and spoken: native Spanish and fluent English
• Availability to travel (average 50% of the time)
