Lead the demand planning process in markets from Latin America (Argentina, Mexico and OSA) to ensure accurate forecasting, alignment with business objetives and optimal inventory management.

This role requires strong analytical skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable demand plans

Your Impact

• Lead the monthly demand planning cycle, including consensus meetings with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain and monitor forecast accuracy, identifying root causes of deviations and implementing corrective actions

• Provide insights on product lifecycle management, new product introductions, and end‑of‑life strategies

• Collaborate with supply chain teams to balance demand and supply, ensuring service level targets are met while minimizing excess inventory

•  

  Prepare and present demand planning reports and KPIs to senior management

• Lead the follow up of S&OP for the markets attended

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field;
• 2/5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels and Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes is essential.
