Job Summary

Engineering deliverables in a project must accomplish all the requirements as demanded by AMPIP Procedure. In order to meet the expected design quality, a lot of tasks must be done according to engineering procedures to ensure that all the drawings, when released, have met all the project requirements. All these tasks which are demanded to this professional are related on engineering and quality tools, such as: Design Review, Simultaneous Engineering, FMEA, FEA, Design Standards, etc. In order to develop the engineering team and consistently raise its technical skill, an experienced professional is needed to share knowledge and lead the improvements tasks.

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead critical projects according to engineering strategy;
• Ensure that all the procedures have been accomplished before the drawing release;
• Technical synergy with another engineering design teams;
• Failure analysis using right methods (DFMEA, 8D, etc);
• Build and Maintain Product BOM (Bill of Material) according global procedures;

Experience and qualifications:

• Solid experience, preferable over 5 years working with product development
• Fluent English - ERP System experienced
• Engineering / Quality tools expert (DFMEA, DVP, Design Review, DFX, etc)
• Leadership
• Proactivity
• Critical and analytical sense
• Decision making
• Control / monitoring of processes
• Systemic vision
