Lead people and process in the acting area by guaranteeing safety, quality, delivery and efficiency of the plant.

Your experience and qualifications

• Define the manpower according to the monthly production plan.
• Manage people: discipline, clock hours control, feedback and performance assessment.
• Ensure KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity) and prepare a daily report.
• Promote continuous improvement activities and problem solving.
• Degree in Engineering (desirable). Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
