This role will provide organization and support involving communication, analysis, and execution of Supply Chain process in order to be able to fill the forecasts of both retrofit and OEM Business in Argentina for Import Parts.

This person will work closely with the Commercial, Engineering and Sales Operations teams to provide timely, accurate, and low cost delivery of products to the Customers

This job will also work with the logistics provider and the Foreign trade Team in the inbound process (Invoice Control, Packing List Control/Generation at 3PL, concern resolution, and any other topic related to International Trade)

A key aspect of this job will include the creation of helpful metrics and communication tools to provide better and more timely visibility to other members of the team and to the distribution network as a whole regarding the Retrofit and OEM Businesses

 

Your Impact

  • Manage inventory of imported parts and oversee supply chain import orders to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and full visibility for the local team.
  • Utilize and support digital ordering tools to expedite order entry, tracking, and transparency.
  • Monitor orders and deliveries, proactively addressing inventory issues and supply chain challenges to improve order accuracy and customer experience.
  • Develop, analyze, and manage key supply chain reports (Lead Time, Delivery Time, Air/Sea ratios, etc.) to support decision-making.
  • Identify, communicate, and drive opportunities to improve the distribution system and supply chain execution in Argentina.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (related field preferred)
  • 2-4 years of experience in Logistics, Customs or Supply Chain
  • Strong organizational skills to gather multiple layers of data and communicate them to a broader team and Strong communication skills to work with suppliers in managing orders
  • Intermediate knowledge of different computer systems and software tools to manage inventory, orders, and sales information
  • Advanced English skills and Knowledge of SAP
