The role is focused on executing the annual tactical marketing and commercial plan—enhancing brand visibility, supporting dealers through training and field activities, coordinating events and exhibitions, and aligning with marketing teams to equip sales teams and drive achievement of commercial goals.

Your Impact

• Coordinate the annual tactical plan to showcase the brand’s products to customers.
• Manage value‑added training for the product portfolio and coordinate all tactical actions to promote the brand and its products, including in‑field activities and demonstrations with dealers and customers.
• Coordinate participation in national and regional exhibitions and maintain smooth communication with Marketing Communications and Product Marketing to ensure results.
• Coordinate and train the sales teams of the dealerships.
• Plan annual objectives together with the commercial team and develop a tactical plan for each dealer to achieve these goals.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Agronomic, Business, Marketing or related fields and desirable MBA;
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience working in agro-industrial or agribusiness environments.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, CRM platforms, and sales funnel management tools, supporting long and complex capital goods sales cycles.
• Advanced English (English language is required to reading and writing with proficiency, and able to participate in meetings, understanding the main points and being able to communicate effectively)
