HR Administrator Job

Job Summary:

The Incumbent is responsible for a wide range of duties, including recruiting and staffing, administering/editing personnel master data, creating various reports required at different times and so on. Other typical duties in an HR administrator job description include to assist with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise may be necessary

 

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for induction programme and onboarding for new hires.
  • Support in branding and recruitment activities (e.g. assist in talent acquisition, job posting, interview procedures, coordination, career fair, etc).
  • Manage and drive the internship programme.
  • Update job description and specification of all employees according to organization chart.
  • Assist in administrating duties like flight and hotel arrangement, verify invoices, upkeep of stationery, monitor company car, renewal on car road tax, cleaning services, upkeep and maintain E-claim user, company uniform arrangement. 
  • Liaise with agents on foreign workers administration such as work permit’s application & renewal, MYEG, check out memo, flight ticket, passport renewal, insurance, etc. Support in FOMEMA arrangement.
  • Responsible for foreign workers welfare such as transportation and dormitory arrangement.
  • Manage correspondence by handling phone cells, answering emails and sorting mail.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities.
  • To assist in the full spectrum of human resource management and related functions.
  • Additional duties and/or any task as assigned by superior/ management.

 

What You Will Bring

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate and/or candidate with at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Attention to detail with ability to deliver quality output whilst working under pressure and to tight timelines.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Preferred language(s): Mandarin.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Bukit Minyak Industrial Park.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
