Job Summary:

Establishing and leading all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing marketing and communications strategies. Key responsibilities include strategic direction for promotion and advertising; digital marketing campaign; coordination and execution of projects in coordination with business development activities; and leading the marketing team to ensure alignment with company strategic goals and mission.

 

What You Will Do

 

Marketing Communications & Sales Support Activities 
  • Create effective, compelling positioning, messaging, and sales tools that are easily understood by customers including monthly newsletter and product article
  • Create sales-ready tools, including presentation content to be used by Sales to highlight benefits and values of our products to our customers. 
  • Articulate product and service offerings, key benefits and messages for use by sales and marketing 
  • Collaborate with team members for strategy and planning, campaign development and results
  • Create content for website/social media, and other initiatives.
  • Drive the promotion champions for advertising, merchandising, and trade exhibition programs. 
  • Market analysis included commodity price, competitor’s activities, and trends gathering for management analysis from time to time.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and make recommendations for improvement 

 

What You Will Bring

 

  • The incumbent may have to resolve conflicting inter-department priorities in order to meet dateline / key deliverables set. This would require communication skill and tact to address conflicting interest. 
  • May require analytical thought in compiling complex details and data inputs from multiple sources.
  • Project completion for marketing communication presentation tools 
  • Assigned task/ project/ programs in relevance to position purpose  
  • Related market Info gathering for management analysis 
  • Produce standardize communication tools
  • Successful implementation and execution of assigned work
  • Provide updated and timely reports
  • Minimum Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications,  Advertising, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proficient writing and speaking ability in English. Fluent mandarin speaking ability is an add advantage. 
  • Strong in task management, execution, organizing and marketing plan
  • Sufficient design knowledge:  Photoshop, photography, Video Shooting, and web design
  • 3 years’ experience in marketing content generation and event coordination. 
  • Good knowledge and experience at analysing situations, creating solutions, and presentations through research and copy-writing skills
  • Ecommerce marketing knowledge is add advantage
