Associate Design Engineer, Crop Care Application

Job Summary

The purpose of this job is to act as Design Engineer JR on development of engineering projects for release to production in a manner to ensure products provide superior performance, durability, quality and serviceability. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development and Engineering Solutions

• Lead the development of new products and technologies.
• Design and implement engineering solutions, including technical calculations and analysis.

2. Project and Quality Management

• Ensure technical excellence while delivering projects on schedule and within budget targets.
• Apply engineering and quality methodologies and tools, including DVPR, DFMEA, 8D, and Design Quality Reviews.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Foster effective communication and collaboration with customers, manufacturing, quality, sales, marketing, and supplier teams.

4. Product Design and Release

• Create, review, and release 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings.
• Prepare and maintain production release documentation in accordance with company standards.

5. Prototype Development, Testing, and Validation

• Support prototype sourcing, acquisition, and assembly activities.
• Coordinate and monitor laboratory and field testing to validate product performance and reliability.

Experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline).
• GD&T;
• DFMEA 4th ;
• DVP&R;
• Intermediate in English language;
• 3D CAD Software ( desirable: CREO);
