What we are looking for:

This position is crucial for the implementation of the Farmer First and Full Portfolio strategies in it coordination region.

The candidate will be responsible to lead the execution of the whole Retail Processs and its all correlated program and actions, through the dealer to the market, delivering the Sales Plan (maket share and volume) at its region. Lead the Relationship and Customer Support Program putting foward sales and relationship maintenance actions.

Coordinate the sales of the product AGCO throuth the dealership channel aligned with AGCO´s Farmer First Strategy and Full Portfolio´s Brand;

Coordinate and guarantee a efficient execution of the Commercial Plan by AGCOS´s dealers in order to delivery the market share and volumes to its region according the Sales Plan.


What are you going to do:

Dealer administration: Know the business Awards; Co-management of dealers in business management (sales, parts, service, finance, action plans, trade policies, allocation of sales and sales to fleet companies); Define with mkt area the advertising and promotion, brand dissemination, field days, regional fairs and events with large customers; Work with Dealer Development area suggesting re-structuring and formulating action plan to be submitted to the Dealer Management Committee; Manage the commercial products demonstration.

Commercial Task: Guarantee the achievement of the business plans for dealers,  enabling them to sell a complete line of products and services (tractors, combines, implements, sprayers, Hay Products, ATS, parts, rental, consortium); Ensure that the sales plans for each dealer are aligned with the strategic plan and follow up it; Represent the company in negotiations; Analyze the marketing situation of the region assigned, segmenting it by product, culture, competition and customers; Represent the company legally in biddings and auctions; Set regional commercial policy according the percentage of discount previously approved and, if necessary, negotiate with pricing department alternatives to implement. Lead the Relationship and Customer Support Program - Clientes Premium  - putting foward sales and maintenance actions.


What do you need:

  •  Living in Mato Grosso: Lucas do Rio Verde, Sorriso, Sinop,  Rondonópolis, Cuiabá or Tangará da Serra;
  • Desirable Product knowledge (Tractors, Combines, Implements, Sprayers, Hay Tools & AG Precision);
  • AG Market Knowledge, Experience with Customer Segmentation and Relationship Program;
  • Finance knowledge (costs, financial mathematics, balance sheet analysis, etc.);
  • Marketing (Advertising and Promotion);
  • Dealership Contract Law (Ferrai´s Law), Tax Legislation and Government Bidding;
