The purpose of this job is to act as Design Engineer JR on development of engineering projects for release to production in a manner to ensure products provide superior performance, durability, quality and serviceability. 

Your Impact 

• Being part of development in new products or technologies while ensuring technical quality, meeting project timelines, and staying within budget.  

• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams including manufacturing, quality, sales, and marketing.  

• Create engineering solutions and calculations and manage the release and review of 3D models and 2D drawings.  

• Prepare production release documentation and support prototype acquisition and assembly, including lab and field testing.  

• Apply engineering and quality tools such as DVPR, DFMEA, 8D, and Design Quality Reviews to manage and control projects with suppliers. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• The candidate should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  

• They must be proficient in GD&T.  

• Experience with DFMEA (4th edition) is required.  

• Knowledge of DVP&R is expected.  

• Fluency in English is essential, and familiarity with CAD software—preferably Pro/Engineer—is desirable.  

• Person will be responsible for designing sprayers for MF and Valtra  

• During the validation Engineers are requested to perform tests in the field and requested to submit reports with Farmers
