We are seeking a highly skilled IT service delivery owner for Legal & Regulatory Compliance to lead the deployment, optimization and operational excellence of our enterprise legal technology and compliance eco system. This role serves as the strategic bridge between Legal and IT and responsible for delivering cross functional initiatives partnering with technology and Business leaders. The ideal candidate brings strong IT Service Delivery Expertise and SDLC including domain knowledge in legal, Regulatory Compliance and Data Privacy. 

 

Your Impact  

 
  • Service Delivery: Own and lead end-to-end IT service delivery, driving intake, prioritization, and execution of projects, enhancements, and BAU initiatives aligned to strategic objectives. Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational stability, and seamless day-to-day business operations. Lead cross-functional, global program and project delivery, partnering with internal IT and business teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Product Ownership: Serve as the trusted IT partner to Legal and Regulatory Compliance leadership, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and value realization. Design and deliver technology, reporting and analytics solutions to provide visibility into compliance metrics, enabling informed decision-making and maximizing business value.
  • Technical Leadership: Own the administration, configuration, and integration of legal systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Manage vendor relationships and performance against SLAs. Lead solution design and hands-on execution and configuration when required. Partner with Enterprise Architecture, ERP, Analytics, and AI teams to drive scalable, integrated, and future-ready solutions.
  • Governance & Stakeholder Management: Lead budgeting and resource planning across the project portfolio, ensuring optimal utilization of internal and external resources. Establish strong stakeholder engagement at all levels, driving alignment, transparency, and effective decision-making across global teams.
  • Communication & Domain Expertise: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels. Lead and drive stakeholder presentations. Leverage domain knowledge in Legal and Regulatory Compliance to shape solutions that meet business and compliance requirements.
 
 Your Experience and Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience with AI/ML, with GenAI strongly preferred
  • Experience working as a technical lead and/or project manager
  • Proven ability to design, configure, and deploy high‑quality, outcome‑focused legal technologies solutions
