What we are looking for:
This professional will be responsible for performing/assisting the procurement process for logistics services for all AGCO SA plants.
 


What are you going to do:

  • Responsible for supporting and negotiating low and medium complexity logistics services in SA plants.
  • Develop and generate financial and operational databases to calculate the impact on cost reduction initiatives, supplier adjustments and market pricing. 
  • Creation of cost simulation bases for purchasing decision making. 
  • Creation and management of logistics cost indicators, especially freight (international and national). 
  • Assistance in the development of technical scope with the operational area to base purchase requisitions. 
  • Manage and review the useful life and scope of contracts of logistics providers, as well as their amendments, maturities and the like with the legal and operations team. 
  • Creation and maintenance of price lists for logistics services. 
  • Responsible for opening and maintaining contract workflows and registration of logistics providers.

 

 

 

What do you need:

  • Experience with purchasing services, or in the area of Purchasing and/or Transport Logistics with knowledge of the costing of logistical costs, mainly Inbound and Outbound international and national freight.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of analysis tools with Power BI, Tableau.
  • Operational financial analysis skills.
  • Advanced English.
